I come to you with changes occurring at present. We need to understand that even if these changes look negative they are in fact leading us to the preferred end result as difficult as that may be to understand. Now the energies themselves are turbulent and changing rapidly and this is causing a different response in each of you. It might be an unsettling feeling of no stability. This along with the mood altering affects of the eclipse will have you possibly on a challenging ride of ups and downs and these may be difficult to take at times. Expect the emotions to be challenged with mostly lows and not that many highs. Try to ride these out for they will soon level out and be manageable. These emotional episodes may involve things from the past that have been difficult to overcome and once again they are rearing their ugly head for you to try and overcome, or at least come to terms with and put them in their proper perspective. They are basically an opportunity to deal with them and do not think you are the only one having old things return.
Also along with this are the many who are being processed in your own court system and in spite of what they would prefer their names are being put in the news for all to see and read. This is a small number compared to how many are being brought before the galactic court system on our side of things. There are several courts taking place at one time and there are very few delays or rescheduling of dates, as you have on earth. We have streamlined this process while keeping all laws and it is most just. Those in charge have to study many years to reach their positions of responsibility and they are knowledgeable and trustworthy. It is a fast tracking system, but then we all knew this time would come and the thousands of dark followers would have their time before the law as it can never be avoided when the time comes.
Along with this are the earth changes and unless you follow them closely on the few sources that are accurate you will miss the many rumblings and earthquakes taking place. There is a cacophony of smaller earthquakes taking place and most are not even mentioned by the major sources who give this information, even though they are recorded. They leave these out and just give the bigger ones. Your recording devices are sensitive now and can detect and record these, as slight as they may be. The major point is that they are a forerunner of bigger things to come. The movement is now affecting plates all around your globe as adjustments are made. Most will go unnoticeable by you. They tell of things to come.
On the plus side there are people coming forward to take their place in positions of importance. These may be small steps at first or positioning steps that will lead them into their proper places. God does move in His own ways to get things done and most of these steps forward will only be seen in retrospect as to how certain ones were chosen for leadership. You might think they appeared on the scene out of nowhere but their path was chosen long ago. Part of this movement has to do with the urgings and energies within the people themselves that bring about the impetus for them to step forward. Again God moves in His own ways. The ultimate goal is to re-vamp your governmental system into one of accountability with everything being apparent to everyone.
The money reevaluation and adjustments necessary are continuing to flow in the right direction and you may have noticed some strange actions regarding your banking systems, such as banks closing for 24 hours for so called software updates. Or maybe only ATM machines available for obtaining money from your account for a day. These are all part of the switch over to new banking rules and systems. Almost all of this you will not see or know about until it is completed but it is going well.
This is all I have to report at present and I wish you well during these challenging times. Continue to go within and communicate with your God within for instruction and direction. ABC, first the arrest procedure is finalized with evidence of wrong doing. The person is arrested for they are unable to hide from this serious infraction or infractions when the event has come to the end of the determining time. Their freedom is over but they are represented by an authorized person of the galactic law and court procedure. Their case is brought to order and their infractions are listed. If the person pleads guilty there are no witnesses or review of tape or video brought forth. If they plead not guilty then proof is brought out and there will always be a record of this persons actions from their soul record. It is reviewed and there are 3 people sitting at the side. They have to be in agreement with the judge on sentence. If they agree it is recorded and sentence begins then, whatever it is. If there is a non-agreement then it is discussed until an agreement is obtained. This usually happens after a review of the laws pertaining to the infraction. The next case is called. Manning

ABC, Some of the infractions are dealt with upon your planet but long standing disregard of the laws of God brings one into the galactic court. In the event the person has become aware of their wrong doing and continues it is assured that they will be brought before the galactic court system. Here are a list of the commandments that apply to the advanced life forms that understand the laws.
1. . You shall have no other gods than the Creator God before you and abide with the Laws of the Creation which encompasses all. Also known as the “Law of One
2. You shall not make for yourselves idols and false images to worship as gods for therein you give power into the hands of evil.
3. You shall love the Lord God with all your heart, soul and being (you must love yourself as God and God as yourself).
4. You shall not use the name of God irreverently, nor use it to swear to a falsehood.
5. Remember God’s “day” and keep it holy. (Every day is God’s “day”.)
6. You shall honor your mother and father.
7. You shall not murder your fellow man. (Killing to preserve your life or of your family is not murder)
8. You must not commit adultery.
9. You must not steal (materially or emotionally).
10. You must not covet or envy that which belongs to your neighbor.
11. You must not impose nor force your free-will upon the free-will of another. Also known as “The Law of Non-interference.”
12. You must not judge (condemn) others, but you must wisely judge all behavior and actions which are contrary to the Laws of God and The Creation.
13. As you sow, so shall you reap. Also called “The Law of Cause and Effect.”
14. You must honor all commitments made in service to God, the Father, the One within.
15. You must obey the wisdom of God for the responsible and balanced procreation of your species.
16. You must do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Also called “The Golden Rule”.
17. Evil (adversaries of God) must always wear a sign of their evilness. (By their fruits you shall know them).
18. You must not commit the act of slavery (physical or emotional) upon any human being of Creator God.
There is no wiggle room with these laws. Manning

Hi Manning, will you clarify some confusion people will have with these laws due to the ambiguity of the titles, and also because people will need to have these laws spelled out in order for them to know if they are living within the constraints of the Laws or not. I am specifically calling attention to Laws 7, 8 and 15?
My understanding of these Laws come from the Pheonix Journals, where Esu Jmmanuel Sananda and commander Hatton discuss these things. I am not assuming that my understanding is correct. Noone should listen to me on these things, but study them for yourself to gain a greater understanding of these cosmic laws. I am only relating what I have read.
Law 7: You shall not murder your fellow man. (Killing to preserve your life or of your family is not murder). This law not only includes the obvious act of murdering another human (excluding the self-defense of you and your family), but also includes abortion, even when conception is the result of rape or incest. In this case, the Father/Aton within determines if the child lives or if a natural abortion occurs, not the woman. Furthermore, as war is murder, this law condemns participating in war except again in defense of freedom and liberty.
Law 8: You must not commit adultery. This law not only forbids extra-marital sexual relationships, which is the basis of adultery, but also forbids all sexual relationships within marriage except for the purpose of having children. That would suggest that if you are married, but don’t want to have children, or have already established a family and don’t want to have more children, than sexual relations with your spouse using contraceptives or any other method that would prevent the married couple from having children is considered mutual masterbation, which is adulterous and forbidden.
Law 15: You must obey the wisdom of God for the responsible and balanced procreation of your species. This law is about balance with the planet and the human population, stating that the violation of this law has grossly overpopulated the earth which should not sustain more than 500,000,000 people. However, the explanations of this law includes nothing about how many children a married man and woman should have, the timing of having children (if you should space them apart) or any other information that would be important in maintaining balance. It further discusses the conditions in which married couples can responsibly have children (mental stability) as well the consequences for violating this law and law #8.
This law also forbids all rape, homosexual relationships, polygamous relationships, (a man with more than one female spouse and a woman with more than one male spouse), incest, pedophilia, beastiality and pornography.
I know that the creator/creation does not want to command in all things, but as you have said these Laws allow for no wiggle room, it is important that we are clear on what these Laws really expect.
I know this subject is sensitive and difficult for many people, but having a clear understanding of these Laws is important.
Manning, will you please correct any misunderstandings of my statement above and provide any additional needed information?
